Terms and Conditions for SkyLimo Transportation
By using our services at SkyLimo Transportation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Reservation and Payment
To make a reservation, please contact us directly. Payment is due at the time of booking and can be made via credit card or cash. Prices for our services vary and are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 7 days prior to the date of the event, we will refund your payment in full. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the reservation. Cancellation policy may change for special events, and we will notify you of any changes to our cancellation policy.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation without prior notice, we will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card on file.
Vehicle Damage
You will be responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or any member of your party during the reservation period. This includes damage caused by spills, stains, or any other type of damage.
Passenger Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who exhibits behavior that is deemed inappropriate or dangerous. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive drinking, drug use, or any other behavior that poses a risk to the driver or other passengers.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that occurs during the use of our services. We are also not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by traffic, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Set Rules for User Behavior
SkyLimo Transportation expects all users of our services to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or illegal. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, promotion of illegal activities, and spamming.
Additionally, we strictly prohibit any type of unlawful behavior, including drug use and possession, weapons possession, and any other activity that violates local, state, or federal laws. Any passenger found engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from the vehicle and reported to the appropriate authorities.
We reserve the right to terminate any reservation and/or refuse service to anyone who violates our rules for user behavior. We take these rules seriously in order to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers using our services.
